Referral

The range of support can vary depending on availability in your local area. Please enter your home postcode below then select your GP surgery from the map to help us find the support available to you.

You must be registered, or be intending to register with a GP, in Hertfordshire or Mid Essex. All referrals received are processed Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm.

After we have reviewed your referral, one of our administrators will contact you to arrange an initial assessment. This will be a telephone appointment with a clinician, lasting approximately 45 minutes. You will be invited to tell us more about your reasons for referring and help us to identify the most appropriate support option for your needs.

We will do our best to offer you an appointment that suits your circumstances and individual preferences, including consideration of accessible locations and any interpreter requirements.

If you have an online GP you will need to contact the relevant service by telephone to begin your referral. Click here for our contact  information. 

If your GP surgery is not shown please search again, extending the search radius. If your surgery is outside of Hertfordshire or Mid Essex, it will not be shown and instead you will need to refer to the NHS Talking Therapies service covering your area.
