Group sessions

Our group sessions will help you learn relevant cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) techniques to help you break out of negative patterns and make positive steps forward.

Our group sessions are designed to help you learn practical Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) techniques that can support you in overcoming unhelpful thoughts and making positive changes in your life.

The skills and strategies you develop during the group can continue to benefit you long after the sessions have ended, providing tools that you can practice and apply independently at home.

A key benefit of group-based therapy is the opportunity to connect with others who may be experiencing similar challenges. Through shared experiences and learning, participants can gain valuable insights and develop effective ways to manage and overcome difficulties. Individuals can contribute as much as they feel comfortable.

We offer a range of group courses delivered both online and in person across Hertfordshire and Mid Essex. If you are interested in joining one of our groups, you can self-refer to the service online and discuss group-based treatment options during your initial assessment.

The support available may vary by local area. During your first appointment, we will work with you to identify the most suitable options for your needs.

The range of support can vary depending on availability in your local area. During your initial appointment we will help you to identify the most appropriate options.
