Information for carers, family and friends

Having support while going through therapy is important and can make a real difference to recovery. Because of this we encourage our service users to involve friends or family in their treatment. Their involvement can range from attending sessions with the person you care for, to just being there in the background to offer support when needed outside of sessions.

We recognise that friends and family might have their own questions about how to best support someone they care about. They might at times need support themselves. With this in mind, we have developed a series of short videos, addressing a number of common questions and concerns, which we hope you will find helpful.
