Involvement Network – Agreement
Please note that this agreement is a summary, and you are expected to have read and agreed to the full handbook, which provides comprehensive details on all policies and procedures. Your commitment to these principles ensures a productive and supportive environment for everyone involved.
Member Responsibilities
Respect: Members must respect and consider all viewpoints and experiences, keeping an open mind to new ideas.
Confidentiality: Information shared during activities may be personal, sensitive, or confidential and must not be shared outside of the Involvement Network. Members should not attempt to contact each other directly outside of scheduled meetings.

Code of Conduct
Members agree to:
- Be open, flexible, and supportive of each other.
- Follow good meeting practices (e.g., reading papers in advance, attending on time, avoiding distractions, allowing others to speak, raising hand to speak, avoiding acronyms).
- Raising concerns or complaints to Involvement Network admin or chair
- Concerns or complaints about care and treatment should be directed to the Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS), not through involvement activities.
